SUMMARY:Business of Resilience Campaign - UK-US Trade Mission
DESCRIPTION:The Department for International Trade (DIT) will host a Business of Resilience trade mission to the United States.\nUnder the banner of Business of Resilience\, the mission will be promoting a cross-sectoral resilience offering\, in pursuit of increasing UK exports and greater UK-US collaboration to address urgent resilience challenges.\nThe mission will begin in Miami and conclude in New York. \nDuring the four day trade mission there will be a series of roundtables\, networking receptions at The British Consulate General (New York)\, and engagement with government agencies such as the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA)\, Insurance Commissioners\, City Mayors and business\nstakeholders.\nDuring these engagements\, delegates will have the opportunity to engage in thematic roundtables\, and showcase a suite of (re)insurance\, tech\, infrastructure\, and consultancy products and services to address climate\, cyber and terrorism risk\, with an emphasis on sustainable and resilient infrastructure and public-private risk financing.
