NEW US-FOCUSED CCO HIRE FOR SLIPCASE

InsurTech Corridor participant Slipcase, which provides media technology for the insurance and reinsurance industry, has appointed senior insurance industry leader Raphael Zindi to the newly created role of chief commercial officer. Zindi joins the company from S&P Global Market Intelligence, where he was global head of insurance solutions for three years.

With over a decade of insurance industry experience and an extensive network of US contacts, Zindi brings expertise in data, analytics and content trends to the Slipcase team. He will be responsible for leading the sales function, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients and partners.

Zindi will have a global remit, focusing immediately on the US market to drive growth and expand the firm’s reach across the insurance industry.

Alex Hearn, CEO of Slipcase, said “Raphael’s experience and knowledge of the insurance industry will be invaluable as we continue to expand our business. His role will have a strong US focus and he will be making frequent visits to New York, Hartford and Chicago, and utilising the US network he built up at S&P.
